推薦閱讀第22部分,顛覆傳統(tǒng)觀念,原來晚期癌癥患者吃維生素C,不僅沒有抗癌作用,還會加速死亡。道理很簡單,細(xì)胞凋亡需要活性氧自由基(ROS)的參與,許多抗氧化劑能清除ROS,保護細(xì)胞延緩衰老。而這一原理同樣適用于癌細(xì)胞,清除癌細(xì)胞內(nèi)的ROS后,會增強其對惡劣環(huán)境的抵抗力,成為不死細(xì)胞。另一方面,大部分抗腫瘤藥物都直接或間接地誘導(dǎo)產(chǎn)生ROS,抗氧化劑正好能抵消這一作用?偟膩碚f就是,殺死癌細(xì)胞的同時會殺死正常細(xì)胞,產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重副作用,而保護正常細(xì)胞時同樣會保護癌細(xì)胞,產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重耐藥性。 [ Last edited by 癡夢瀟湘 on 2013-1-17 at 20:55 ] |
