lammps 離子液體，離子中相鄰隔的挺遠(yuǎn)的原子成鍵了，不知什么原因

我在進(jìn)行模擬的時(shí)候，首先用兩個(gè)分子（四個(gè)離子）測(cè)試了，結(jié)構(gòu)非常好，沒啥異常。但是增多原子后，發(fā)現(xiàn)其中一個(gè)陰離子（tfsi-）中F原子和相隔非常遠(yuǎn)的O原子（相隔五個(gè)原子）成鍵了，從而使整個(gè)離子變的亂起八糟。 我檢查了力場(chǎng)參數(shù)，采用的是opls—aa勢(shì)，和文獻(xiàn)中一致，電荷也守恒。 想問問各位蟲子，這個(gè)是什么原因呢？該怎么解決呢？ 也不知怎么搞的，我遇到好多詭異的問題。。。 |

| 離子結(jié)構(gòu)圖和結(jié)果圖如下， fsi中的F原子和emim中的Hoverlap了，導(dǎo)致能量變?yōu)樨?fù)數(shù)了。 |
