[求助] GC-MS數(shù)據(jù)前處理問題

本人新接觸GC-MS/MS菜鳥一枚，想做中藥指紋鑒別實(shí)驗(yàn)，但是苦于不會實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理，有以下幾個問題（怎么做數(shù)據(jù)前處理）：

1、怎么轉(zhuǎn)化為NetCDF格式？
2、peak detection and peak alignment怎么做？
3、接下來怎么就是三維的了？
4、最后的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化怎么做？
希望某位大神能解答小弟的問題，不勝感激�。。�
原文獻(xiàn)：Raw GC–MS data were converted into CDF format (NetCDF) files by Xcalibur (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.,Waltham, MA,USA). Automatic peak detection and peak alignment were performed by the XCMS software (version 1.6.1) based on Rprogramversion2.6.1 (R-Foundation for statistical computing,www.Rproject.org). The parameters of XCMS were used for the following: xcmsSet (fwhm= 7.5, max =300, snthresh= 2), group (bw= 10, max= 300). The resulting three-dimensional data table, consisted of arbitrary peak index (RT-m/z pair), sample names (observations), and peak area (variables) was listed into a .txt file, and then normalization was carried out in Microsoft Excel prior to multivariate analyses.
