| 本文同時(shí)對(duì)光催化劑進(jìn)行了場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電鏡（FE-SEM）、X射線粉末衍射（XRD）、接觸角測(cè)量（contact angle measurement）、Uv-vis透射光譜（UV-visible spectroscopy）等系列表征，并利用對(duì)苯二甲酸為熒光探針測(cè)量了光照下薄膜表面羥基自由基的生成速率對(duì)TiO2光催化劑活性的影響。結(jié)果表明：通過微生物模板法成功制備了具有多級(jí)次孔結(jié)構(gòu)的TiO2薄膜以及載金、載銀TiO2微管薄膜；多級(jí)次結(jié)構(gòu)能夠?qū)膺M(jìn)行多重散射，從而提高太陽光利用率；羥基自由基的檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯示TiO2與水的界面處生成羥基自由基的能力與光催化活性呈正相關(guān)的關(guān)系。 |

The hydroxyl radicals were generated on the surface of the thin films upon photoirradiation, and the effect of its generation rate on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 was examined using the terephthalic acid as the fluorescence probe. The result indicates that the thin film of hierarchical micro-mesoporous structured TiO2, as well as that of the TiO2 microtube deposited with gold and silver, were all successfully fabricated via. the microorganism templated method. The hierarchical micro-mesoporous structure can have the incident light multi-scattered, which can improve the efficiency of sunlight utilization. And the hydroxyl radical measurement result demonstrates that the capability of hydroxyl radical formation at the interface between TiO2 and water is in positive correlation with the photocatalytic activity. |
