投稿IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing的問(wèn)題

最近想向IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing投稿，有兩個(gè)比較低級(jí)的問(wèn)題，別笑話，很想向頂級(jí)刊物學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)， 1. 它主頁(yè)上有個(gè)OA option，我不選中就不需要繳納這個(gè)費(fèi)用了唄，沒(méi)看明白這個(gè)錢是干什么的。 原文如下： The OA option, if selected, enables unrestricted public access to the article via IEEE Xplore. The OA option will be offered to the author at the time the manuscript is submitted. If selected, the OA discounted fee of $1,750 must be paid before the article is published in the journal. If you have unusual circumstances about this, please contact the Editor-in-Chief. Any other applicable charges (such as the over-length page charge and/or charge for the use of color in the print format) will be billed separately once the manuscript formatting is complete but prior to the publication. 2. 它網(wǎng)站上有個(gè)模板，是雙欄的。主頁(yè)上關(guān)于投稿時(shí)說(shuō)可以雙欄或單欄，但是它雙欄的要求是 A double column page is defined as a 7.875" x 10.75" page with 10-point type, 12-point vertical spacing, and 1/2 inch margins. 這個(gè)跟它模板里面的設(shè)置不一樣啊，那我照哪個(gè)來(lái)？ 3. 投稿時(shí)需要寫author biographies嗎？ 4. 投稿時(shí)還有什么需要注意事項(xiàng)啊，哪位有經(jīng)驗(yàn)多多傳授啊。 在此謝過(guò)！ |
