Dll4在胸腺上皮細(xì)胞中持續(xù)表達(dá)，同樣發(fā)生于內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞中。

Specific deletion of Dll4 in thymic epithelial cells throughout development results in a complete block of T-cell development, associated with thymic acellularity and ectopic appearance of immature B cells.

在胸腺上皮細(xì)胞的整個(gè)發(fā)育過程中特異性刪除Dll4，會(huì)導(dǎo)致T細(xì)胞發(fā)育障礙，還與胸腺無細(xì)胞化和非成熟性B細(xì)胞形態(tài)異常有關(guān)。
