二氧化鈦摻雜后發(fā)生相變

本人采用水熱法進行二氧化鈦碘摻雜實驗,發(fā)現在同樣的實驗條件下(水熱溫度一樣,原料比列一樣),未摻雜樣品呈銳鈦礦相,摻雜后樣品卻是金紅石相的,同樣條件下鈰離子摻雜的樣品也出現同樣的現象,可是之前看到不少文獻說關于稀土元素摻雜,會抑制銳鈦礦向金紅石的轉變,為什么我的實驗卻得到相反的結果?求各位大俠幫忙! [ Last edited by cxqtitan on 2013-4-17 at 08:09 ] |
