為探究金屬Cu和石墨的復(fù)合薄膜的沉積厚度，本文主要通過(guò)直流濺射法在普通玻璃襯底上制備金屬Cu和石墨復(fù)合薄膜。通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)濺射氣壓、濺射電流、濺射電壓和基片臺(tái)高度這一系列濺射工藝參數(shù)，探討濺射工藝條件對(duì)沉積復(fù)合薄膜膜厚的影響。對(duì)濺射制備的復(fù)合薄膜使用薄膜厚度測(cè)試儀測(cè)試手段，系統(tǒng)地討論了生長(zhǎng)Cu和石墨復(fù)合薄膜最佳的工藝條件。 求指導(dǎo)。。。  |

The paper is to investigate metallic Cu and graphite composite film deposited onto the commercial glass substrates by DC sputtering. The effects of sputtering parameters, such as pressure, current, voltage and substrate-target distance et al, on the thickness of comosite films were discussed. the thickness of deposited thin films were measured by stepper(樓主需要說(shuō)明臺(tái)階儀的型號(hào)）。The optimized growth conditions of Cu/graphite composite films were systematically discussed. 樓主摘要的中文還需要精煉，有些句子不是很能讀懂。 |

| To survey the deposition thickness of the composite film, in this article, a composite film composed of metallic copper and graphite was prepared on the substrate of the common glass by a direct current sputtering method. The effect of sputtering technological conditions on the thickness of the composite film was investigated through adjusting a series of technological parameters including the height of the substrate platform, the pressure, current and voltage of sputtering. The thickness of the film prepared by sputtering method was determined with a film thickness tester. The optimal technological conditions of preparing the composite film composed of metallic copper and graphite was systematically discussed as well. |
