| 現(xiàn)閱讀文獻,發(fā)現(xiàn)了這兩個詞,不太了解它們的關(guān)系,請問各位大神,能否詳細解釋一下細胞表面趨化因子的缺失怎樣檢測以及趨藥性的檢測是否為同一實驗? |

Chemotaxis From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chemotaxis Chemotaxis is the phenomenon whereby somatic cells, bacteria, and other single-cell or multicellular organisms direct their movements according to certain chemicals in their environment. This is important for bacteria to find food (for example, glucose) by swimming towards the highest concentration of food molecules, or to flee from poisons (for example, phenol). In multicellular organisms, chemotaxis is critical to early development (e.g. movement of sperm towards the egg during fertilization) and subsequent phases of development (e.g. migration of neurons or lymphocytes) as well as in normal function. In addition, it has been recognized that mechanisms that allow chemotaxis in animals can be subverted during cancer metastasis. Positive chemotaxis occurs if the movement is toward a higher concentration of the chemical in question. Conversely, negative chemotaxis occurs if the movement is in the opposite direction. Chemokine receptors are divided into different families, CXC chemokine receptors, CC chemokine receptors, CX3C chemokine receptors and XC chemokine receptors that correspond to the 4 distinct subfamilies of chemokines they bind. |

你是說藥物分子穿透膜?還是引起了第二信使?不過我認為這樣兩種方法的確是研究膜蛋白的具體功能的有效方法。我個人認為:完全依靠流式細胞儀大概比較難以深入下去,即使借助單細胞分析方法也不是很容易。 而利用大分子與蛋白質(zhì)相互作用,大分子與蛋白質(zhì)相互作用,無論是確定新的信號途徑或原有的信號通路的改變,還是確定具體兩兩相互作用的大小分子的相互作用而產(chǎn)生的精細結(jié)構(gòu)變化與功能改變,Cross talk,或者生物分子相互作用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的確定或者變化等方面都可以有眾多的可深入挖掘之處。如果把這些和穿透膜技術(shù)聯(lián)系到一起,至少從穿透膜技術(shù)比用流式更容易到達目的。 |
