通過研究涂層厚度的變化對涂層結(jié)構(gòu)阻尼性能的影響,對合理設(shè)計(jì)涂層阻尼性能的影響有一定的幫助和指導(dǎo)。 從圖2可知,基體并沒有明顯的阻尼振幅效應(yīng),等離子涂層和電沉積涂層系統(tǒng)的阻尼性能有很大的差別,這可能與涂層的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)而與基體無關(guān)。 因此,解釋復(fù)雜的阻尼振幅效應(yīng)的應(yīng)該是涂層而不是基體。 It will be helpful to the rational design of the coating damping by studying the effect of changes in coating thickness on structural damping properties. In Fig. 2, No obvious damping amplitude effect was observed for the substrate, while the damping of the PS and ED coating systems displayed distinct difference, which could result from the different microstructures of the two coating materials and had nothing to do with the substrate. it will be helpful and indicative to design the damping propertis of coating layers reasonably by investigating the effects of coating thickness varitions on the damping properties. In Fig. 2, No obvious damping amplitude effect was observed for matrix. Neverthelss, distinct damping properties were observed between PS and ED coating systems, which may be related with the mcrostructure of corating layer rather than the matrix. therefore, the coeating layer, instead of matrix, is considered to be responsible for the damping amplitude effect. 個人覺得,有些地方的涂層,應(yīng)該突出“層”的實(shí)體,而不是用“抽象概括”的涂層表示。 |
