美國J1簽證已拿到但還沒出發(fā)，想在走之前替母上大人辦完B2簽證可行么？

如題，我已經拿到了赴美的J1簽證，女兒的J2簽證也一并拿到。預計要到八月底或九月初出發(fā)。 為了替母上大人減輕點負擔和心理壓力（她一直擔心自己不會英語出不去，簽證手續(xù)繁瑣不想去等等等等），我想在自己走之前就幫她把她的B2探親簽證辦下來，因為我們計劃希望她能夠在美國住上9-10個月，然后和我們一起回國。 但是現(xiàn)在有一點疑問：我看了好多經驗帖子，都說B2探親簽證一般是需要在美的親屬給申請人發(fā)一份邀請函才行。 可是我現(xiàn)在人在國內還沒走，我能給母上大人發(fā)邀請函嗎？ 如果發(fā)邀請函，可以寫我申請簽證時填寫的學校和導師的地址等聯(lián)系信息嗎？ 如果不能發(fā)邀請函，是不是意味著她只能在我走之后才能辦簽證啦？還有其他辦法可以讓她在我走之前辦完簽證嗎？（報名旅行團肯定是不可行的，這個我已經想過了） 急求大蝦們支招解答，謝謝�。�！ |

非常感謝大家的關注——近期由于忙著出國前的準備，沒有及時回復，還請原諒！ 下面我將大家比較關心的問題一并回答如下—— 1、B2給簽證官的信 參考信1： American Embassy Shenyang, Shenyang, China Dear Consular Officer, My name is姓名. I am a visiting scholar (visa catalog: J1) in Department of political science, Marquette University. I wish to invite my father 姓名 to visit me in the U.S. in Octorber. I am writing this letter to support his application for B-2 visa and to clarify some of the concerns that you might have. The main aim of my father to come to the U.S.is to help me takeing care of my daughter.For I ‘m a full time research scholar here.My dauther is only four years old and still in the kindgarden,she will go back from school at 3 pm everyday when I ‘m still at my work.And sometime I have to do my research till night.So I really need a helper who can take care of my daughter after her school.And I plan to take my father to travel around during my vacation .For my father like traveling and taking pictures. I think it is a great chance for him to get a taste of American life since I am here. My father has stable savings and incomes.My parents have house property in china. My sister and brother in law will stay in the States for four weeks to no more than two months. They like traveling and shopping. My sister ever went to Hong Kong for shopping. J1我的護照復印件 14. 簽證 復印件 15. DS2019表復印件 16. 資助證明 17. 我的簡歷 18. 孩子的簽證 19. 租房協(xié)議及收據(如果有的話） 我按照上面的清單準備了媽媽的簽證材料，并且將給簽證官的信打印出來，叮囑媽媽在見到簽證官時一定要將信拿出來給簽證官看。但簽證的時候，簽證官什么也沒看，無論是信還是材料，簽證官都沒有看！簽證官只問了我媽媽一個問題：“你去美國做什么？”我媽媽回答：“去探親。我女兒在美國做訪學�！薄狾K，就問了這么一句，啥也沒看，直接將我媽媽的護照收走——我媽媽6月28日面簽，7月5號領到獲批的護照！ 希望以上材料和信息能幫助到大家。謝謝！ |

我和你的情況一致------我和老公、孩子四月份辦下簽證。訂好了七月中旬赴美的機票。也想在走之前幫母親辦好B2簽證. 六月廿八日我和母親一起去美國大使館面簽，我在外面等。母親一個人進去的，大約一個半小時出來。 七月一日網站查詢，母親的B2簽證issued。 所以，我以我的經歷來打消你的疑慮：你赴美前可以為你的母上申請簽證的。 又補充一句：我沒寫邀請函，只給簽證官寫了一封信。但簽證官沒看！ [ 發(fā)自手機版 http://www.gaoyang168.com/3g ] |
