美國J1簽證已拿到但還沒出發(fā)，想在走之前替母上大人辦完B2簽證可行么？

如題，我已經(jīng)拿到了赴美的J1簽證，女兒的J2簽證也一并拿到。預(yù)計要到八月底或九月初出發(fā)。 為了替母上大人減輕點負擔(dān)和心理壓力（她一直擔(dān)心自己不會英語出不去，簽證手續(xù)繁瑣不想去等等等等），我想在自己走之前就幫她把她的B2探親簽證辦下來，因為我們計劃希望她能夠在美國住上9-10個月，然后和我們一起回國。 但是現(xiàn)在有一點疑問：我看了好多經(jīng)驗帖子，都說B2探親簽證一般是需要在美的親屬給申請人發(fā)一份邀請函才行。 可是我現(xiàn)在人在國內(nèi)還沒走，我能給母上大人發(fā)邀請函嗎？ 如果發(fā)邀請函，可以寫我申請簽證時填寫的學(xué)校和導(dǎo)師的地址等聯(lián)系信息嗎？ 如果不能發(fā)邀請函，是不是意味著她只能在我走之后才能辦簽證啦？還有其他辦法可以讓她在我走之前辦完簽證嗎？（報名旅行團肯定是不可行的，這個我已經(jīng)想過了） 急求大蝦們支招解答，謝謝�。。� |

I am writing this letter to support his application for B-2 visa and to clarify some of the concerns that you might have. J1我的護照復(fù)印件 14. 簽證 復(fù)印件 15. DS2019表復(fù)印件 16. 資助證明 17. 我的簡歷 18. 孩子的簽證 19. 租房協(xié)議及收據(jù)(如果有的話） 我按照上面的清單準備了媽媽的簽證材料，并且將給簽證官的信打印出來，叮囑媽媽在見到簽證官時一定要將信拿出來給簽證官看。但簽證的時候，簽證官什么也沒看，無論是信還是材料，簽證官都沒有看！簽證官只問了我媽媽一個問題：“你去美國做什么？”我媽媽回答：“去探親。我女兒在美國做訪學(xué)。”——OK，就問了這么一句，啥也沒看，直接將我媽媽的護照收走——我媽媽6月28日面簽，7月5號領(lǐng)到獲批的護照！ 希望以上材料和信息能幫助到大家。謝謝！ |

我和你的情況一致------我和老公、孩子四月份辦下簽證。訂好了七月中旬赴美的機票。也想在走之前幫母親辦好B2簽證. 六月廿八日我和母親一起去美國大使館面簽，我在外面等。母親一個人進去的，大約一個半小時出來。 七月一日網(wǎng)站查詢，母親的B2簽證issued。 所以，我以我的經(jīng)歷來打消你的疑慮：你赴美前可以為你的母上申請簽證的。 又補充一句：我沒寫邀請函，只給簽證官寫了一封信。但簽證官沒看！ [ 發(fā)自手機版 http://www.gaoyang168.com/3g ] |
