Though there are no errors in the manuscript per se, it is not scientifically very interesting. The english is poor, there are spelling errors throughout the manuscript, and there are structural errors in the manuscript. The manuscript sounds more like an experiment to be done by graduate students in the laboratory in a graduate course in Biosensors.
