論文投稿后給了編號(hào)with editor，但是編輯又發(fā)了一份郵件，是什么意思？

In the course of this an article is evaluated whether it falls into the scope of our Journal, whether it is likely to attract the attention of a wider readership, and whether its scientific quality is very high.
