論文投稿后給了編號(hào)with editor，但是編輯又發(fā)了一份郵件，是什么意思？

郵件如下： Since enormous numbers of manuscripts are received than we can accept to publish in the limited available space, a selection process of editorial assessment has to be introduced. In the course of this an article is evaluated whether it falls into the scope of our Journal, whether it is likely to attract the attention of a wider readership, and whether its scientific quality is very high.
