Sample Text Author: Massimo Cametti, Benoit Crousse, Pierangelo Metrangolo, Roberto Milani and Giuseppe Resnati * Abstract: From being a niche area only a few decades ago, fluorous chemistry has gained momentum and is, nowadays, a fervent area of research. It has brought forth, in fact, numerous applicative innovations that stretch among different fields: from catalysis to separation science, from supramolecular to materials and analytical chemistry. Recently, the unique features of perfluorinated compounds have reached the attention of biochemists' audience. This tutorial review introduces the basis concepts of fluorous chemistry and illustrates its main biomolecular applications. Special attention has been given to fluorous microarrays and their combination with Mass-Spectroscopy (MS) technique, to protein properties modification by the introduction of local fluorous domains, and to the most recent applications of 19F-Magnetic Resonance Imaging (19-F-MRI). 摘要簡介:氟化學(xué)在幾個(gè)世紀(jì)以前成為利基領(lǐng)域(利基:市場不大,并沒有得到令人滿意的服務(wù),產(chǎn)品推進(jìn)這個(gè)市場,有盈利的基礎(chǔ)。),并且得到了極大的發(fā)展,如今已是一個(gè)研究的主要方向。事實(shí)上,氟化學(xué)推動(dòng)了不同的領(lǐng)域的眾多應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新,例如催化,分離科學(xué),超分子材料,分析化學(xué)等學(xué)科。近來,全氟化學(xué)物獨(dú)有的特性引起了生物化學(xué)家的關(guān)注。本文介紹了氟化學(xué)的基本概念,闡述了其在生物分子領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。并對(duì)含氟基因陣列(基因芯片)聯(lián)合質(zhì)譜技術(shù), 引入局部含氟“域”對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)進(jìn)行修飾,以及近期很多關(guān)于19F磁共振成像的應(yīng)用,進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)討論。 |
