| 隨著烘焙溫度的升高,半纖維素分子間及分子內(nèi)易形成氫鍵的羥基脫落形成水. 同時(shí)發(fā)生脫羧基、糖苷鍵斷裂、環(huán)內(nèi)C—O 基團(tuán)斷裂、C—C 鍵斷裂, 并形成一系列的酸、醇、醛、醚類等焦油物質(zhì)。以往研究表明,乙酸是熱解液體產(chǎn)物中的主要有機(jī)組分,也是半纖維素的主要熱解產(chǎn)物。從表8.2中可以看出,隨著烘焙溫度的升高,乙酸的含量逐漸增加。1-羥基-2-丙酮和糠醛也有相似的變化趨勢。酚類物質(zhì)主要來自于木質(zhì)素的熱解,酚類物質(zhì)含量的增加顯示出,隨著烘焙溫度逐漸增加,木質(zhì)素的分解逐漸加大。 |

With the increasment of baking temperature, it is easy for intermolecular and intramolecular of hemicellulose to form hydrogen bond then off the formation of the hydroxyl group in water. Simultaneously,there occurs decarboxylation, the fracture of glycosidic bond , the breaking of the C-O group ring, the breaking of the C-C bond, and the formation of a number of acids, alcohols, aldehydes, ethers such the tar substances.Previous studies showed that acetic acid is the primary organic component in liquid pyrolysis products , the primary product of shemicellulose pyrolysis as well . We can see from Table 8.2, with the increasment of baking temperature, the acetic acid content increased. 1 - hydroxy-2 - propanone and furfural have the similar trends. Phenols mainly come from lpyrolysis of ignin , increasing the content of phenolic compounds showed, as the baking temperature by degrees increased, the decomposition of lignin increase gradually. 供參考 |
