翻譯：電池轉(zhuǎn)換效率的衰減大小取決于硅片在硅錠中的位置，即決定于硅片的化學(xué)成分。因此，有兩個(gè)可能的因素導(dǎo)致電池效率衰減的不同：一是隨著高度增加氧濃度減少；二是磷濃度增加，導(dǎo)致未被磷補(bǔ)償?shù)呐痣S著高度增加而減少。 The value of efficiency degradation depends on the position of the wafers in the ingot，in other words，it depends on the chemical composition of silicon wafers. The decline of battery effeciency depends on position of the wafers in the ingot or, in other words, on the chemical composition of silicon wafers. Hence there are two possible mechanisms causing the difference in battery effeciency decline: one is that [Oi] decreases with the height in the ingot while the other, the increasing of [P] leads to decrease of the amount of uncompensated boron atoms （by [P] ), as the height in the ingot increases. 覺(jué)得“因素”在這里更多指的是機(jī)理，因此用了mechanism. 其他表達(dá)如[Oi]，[P] 還請(qǐng)樓主自己把把關(guān) 衰減用degradation感覺(jué)不大合適，因?yàn)槭侵干�，所以用了decline 供參考 |
