| 之后,對其應(yīng)變路徑進行分析。6個點考慮溫度的應(yīng)變路徑如圖所示。為方便觀察,將6條三維曲線投影到主應(yīng)變與次應(yīng)變平面中,可知6個點應(yīng)變路徑比較簡單,只有3號點應(yīng)變路徑較為復(fù)雜,其他點基本處于拉-壓狀態(tài)(拉延),但各點溫度較低(780°C),溫度低的情況下,材料的流動性降低。因此,雖然應(yīng)變路徑較為簡單,但同樣出現(xiàn)了開裂現(xiàn)象。同時,出現(xiàn)開裂的現(xiàn)象也與拐角處拉延筋過高有關(guān)。此時,降低拉延筋高度至原始尺寸的三分之二。當減小了拉深筋阻力,相對降低了該處的進料阻力。增大模具型面臺階處的圓角半徑。使轉(zhuǎn)角處進料趨于容易。降低拉延筋高度后,成形件的應(yīng)變值均位于成形極限面以下,處于安全區(qū)域。分析6個點的應(yīng)變路徑后,發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)變路徑基本上都處于拉-壓狀態(tài),且溫度大部分都高于800°C。 |

After this, its strain path is analysed. Strain paths of six points considering temperature are shown in the figure. For convenience of observation, six 3-dimensional curves are projected onto the primary and secondary strain plane respectively. It is realised that all the strain paths are simple and only that for point 3 is slightly more complex while all the others being fundamentally in a stretching-press state (drawing). The temperatures at the points, however, are low (780°C) and at a low temperature, the mobility of the material is reduced. Hence, though the strain paths are rather simple, cracking nevertheless occurs. At the same time, this cracking has also to do with the excessively high drawbead at the corner. In this case the drawbead height is reduced to 2/3 of the original. Reducing the drawbead resistance implies reduced the local material feeding resistance. Increasing the radius of rounded corner at the step for the die parting surface will make it easier to feed the material at the corner. After reducing the drawbead height, the strain values of the semifinished parts are all below limiting forming plane and therefore safe. After analysing the strain paths of all six points, it is found that all strain paths are in principle in stretching-press state and the temperatures are mostly over 800°C. 時間有限,參考 |
