NiO(111)面的Octopolar重構

| NiO是一種NaCl型結構,(111)面由陽離子和陰離子交替出現(xiàn)。有兩篇PRL指出,NiO(111)的O-terminated表面不穩(wěn)定,會按照Octopolar reconstruction方式重構.一篇JPCC做了CO在NiO(111)面上的氧化計算,做出的Octopolar reconstruction表面是刪掉最表層3/4的O原子和次表層1/4的Ni原子。如果這樣做,Ni:O就不是1:1的計量結構了。求解釋。 |
