NiO(111)面的Octopolar重構(gòu)

| NiO是一種NaCl型結(jié)構(gòu),(111)面由陽離子和陰離子交替出現(xiàn)。有兩篇PRL指出,NiO(111)的O-terminated表面不穩(wěn)定,會(huì)按照Octopolar reconstruction方式重構(gòu).一篇JPCC做了CO在NiO(111)面上的氧化計(jì)算,做出的Octopolar reconstruction表面是刪掉最表層3/4的O原子和次表層1/4的Ni原子。如果這樣做,Ni:O就不是1:1的計(jì)量結(jié)構(gòu)了。求解釋。 |
