The results show that under non salt stress conditions and compared with the control group, all BCD-treated groups have had their seed germination rates somewhat increased. The lengths of germs and radicles as well as germ proline content all rise and in particular the rise is significant when BCD concentration is at 10‰ ( P＜ 0.05). Under salt stress and relative to the control group, the seed germination rates of BCD-treated groups all rise and the lengths of germs and proline content rise, too.
