1.The aliphatic p-methoxyphenylimines were prepared in nearly quantitative yields by stirring for 2 h a solution in CH2Cl2of the corresponding aldehyde (10 mmol, 1.0 equiv) with p-anisidine (10 mmol, 1.0 equiv) in the presence of MgSO4(2 g).

2.The p-methoxyphenylimines were prepared in nearly quantitative yields by stirring for 2 h a solution in CH2Cl2 of the corresponding aldehyde (10 mmol, 1.0 equiv) with p-anisidine (10 mmol, 1.0 equiv) in the presence of molecular sieves, at room temperature, for 16 h under inert atmosphere. Imines 10were obtained as brown oils, which were utilised without further purification.

1.以定量的收率制備脂肪族對甲氧基苯亞胺：條件如下---溶劑為二氯甲烷，硫酸鎂作為除水劑（2g），對應(yīng)的醛（10 mmol，1當量）和對甲氧基苯胺（10 mmol，1當量）混合攪拌2h。
2.制備對甲氧基苯亞胺：條件如下---二氯甲烷作為溶劑，對應(yīng)的醛（10 mmol，1當量）和對甲氧基苯胺（10 mmol，1當量）混合，在分子篩存在的條件下，室溫攪拌2h，再在惰性氣體條件下反應(yīng)16h。所得到的的亞胺為棕色油狀物，無需進一步純化。
3.環(huán)己烷甲醛（1.23g，10mmol），4-甲氧基苯胺（1.23g，10mmol），硫酸鎂（2.41g）混合，以氯仿（10ml）為溶劑，室溫攪拌2h。反應(yīng)結(jié)束后，以碳酸鉀為濾餅過濾，然后再濃縮，得到化合物2c。
