對(duì)內(nèi)管不同厚度條件下的焊接接頭進(jìn)行拉伸試驗(yàn),得到接頭拉脫和母材斷裂兩種結(jié)果。當(dāng)內(nèi)管厚度小于臨界厚度時(shí),拉伸試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為接頭拉脫,此時(shí)接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度大于鋁合金母材的抗拉強(qiáng)度。這是由于當(dāng)內(nèi)管厚度小于臨界厚度時(shí),外管高速撞擊使得內(nèi)管發(fā)生變形失穩(wěn),使得內(nèi)、外管之間存在間隙導(dǎo)致焊接效果較差。當(dāng)內(nèi)管厚度達(dá)到臨界厚度后,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為母材斷裂。表明,焊接接頭的抗拉強(qiáng)度高于母材強(qiáng)度,焊接效果較好。 隨著內(nèi)管厚度的逐漸增加,接頭焊合面積逐漸增大,當(dāng)內(nèi)管厚度達(dá)到臨界壁厚時(shí),焊接試樣很難完全剝離開。對(duì)剝離試樣連接部位進(jìn)行SEM分析可知,當(dāng)內(nèi)管厚度未達(dá)到臨界厚度時(shí),內(nèi)、外管間未形成碰撞過(guò)渡區(qū),而當(dāng)內(nèi)管壁厚達(dá)到臨界厚度時(shí),兩種金屬連接部位產(chǎn)生過(guò)渡區(qū),通過(guò)對(duì)過(guò)渡區(qū)線掃描分析可知,過(guò)渡區(qū)最寬處寬度達(dá)到40μm。在過(guò)渡區(qū)中心較寬的范圍內(nèi),Al、Fe異種元素所占比例基本不變。Al元素含量略高,在過(guò)渡區(qū)兩側(cè),兩種元素在對(duì)方金屬一側(cè)含量迅速降低,可見當(dāng)達(dá)到臨界厚度時(shí),焊接接頭較為均勻。 |

Tension tests are performed on welding joints for different thickness of inner tubes and the two results are either break-up of the joints or fracture of the parent metal. When thickness of the inner tube is less than the critical value, the tension test will result in joints breaking up at which the tensional strength of the joint is smaller than that of the parent aluminum alloy. This is because when thickness of the inner tube is less than the critical value, the high speed impact by the outer tube will cause the inner tube to deform and become unstable, i.e., welding does not get effective due to the gap between inner and outer tubes. When thickness of the inner tube reaches the critical value, the test results in fracture of parent metal. This shows that the tensional strength of the joint is greater than that of the parent aluminum alloy, hence an effective welding. With the gradual increase in thickness of the inner tube, the welded area of the joint increases, too and when thickness of the inner tube reaches the critical value, the weld sample can hardly completed stripped off. From SEM analysis of the joint on the stripped sample, it is found that when thickness of the inner tube has not yet reached the critical value, no impact and transition zone is formed between the inner and outer tubes; while when thickness of the inner tube reaches the critical value, a transition zone appears at the connection between the two types of metals. By line scanning analysis of this transition zone, it is seen that the maximum width of the transition zone reaches 40μm. In a wide range around the middle of this zone, proportions of Al and Fe elements remain basically unchanged. The Al element content is slightly higher and at either side of the transition zone, the elements' content at their dual side quickly decreases, which shows when the critical thickness is reached, the welding joint is uniform. 注:第二句中文里“此時(shí)接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度大于鋁合金母材的抗拉強(qiáng)度”應(yīng)該是小于吧?不然邏輯上說(shuō)不通,請(qǐng)檢查。我是按小于譯的。 供參考 |
