Introduction to the company Hunan Province Gaoguang Investment Co. Ltd is an legal entity owned, directed and exclusively authorised by Hunan Province Highway Administration for legally managing, administrating and developing the highway outdoor advertisement resources in the entire province. The company was established in July 2001 and the registered capital is RMB 105 million. In the past 10 years, thanks to the tremendous opportunities for development in the highway sector, Hunan Gaoguang has quickly become a leading enterprise in highway business in Hunan as well as in China. At present, its five subsidiaries include Hunan Highway Ads Co. Ltd, Hunan Highway Real Estate Development Co, Ltd, Hunan Xinyuanzhibang Estate Co. Ltd. It has also advertisement qualifications such as China second class and Hunan first class and steadily ranked within the top 10 in the sector in China, being known as "Number one outdoor media in Sanxiang". Highway outdoor ads is one of the main businesses of the company. Advertisements in operation in in 1003 locations and a total advertisement area exceeds 220,000 square meter. The annual advertisement revenue is in steady increase and long term cooperation has been established with SinoPec, China Mobile, banks and other known enterprises. The clients are among financial, automobile, communications etc. In 2002, the company started breaking into the second majoy business and headed for real estate business. In as little as three years, the "Golden" series brands under Gaoguang have astonished as a dark horse.
