你用%mem和%nproc指定一下內(nèi)存和并行CPU數(shù)試試看,默認(rèn)內(nèi)存是256MB,對(duì)于你這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)可能偏小,默認(rèn)CPU是1個(gè),算你這個(gè)體系比較耗時(shí)。另外去scratch里檢查一下route文件里有沒(méi)有寫東西,沒(méi)有的話可以加入-p-,-m-等指定CPU和內(nèi)存大小,這樣以后除非你在輸入文件里指定了,不然就直接調(diào)用route里的了,比較方便。當(dāng)然前提是你的電腦配置達(dá)到你指定的要求。 關(guān)于geom=connectivity,如果你的分子是GV畫的,可以不用去掉。 另外求64位高斯。。。 |

如果你的分子是GV畫的,默認(rèn)是帶geom=connectivity,你可以打開gjf文件看下,如果在分子坐標(biāo)后面還有分子成鍵描述的,就不要去掉。沒(méi)有的話需要去掉。 我指的比較耗時(shí)是在正常計(jì)算的情況下。 你一提交就停,問(wèn)題可能出在輸入文件里,但是一般這種情況報(bào)錯(cuò)信息里會(huì)給出的。但是你的這種情況并沒(méi)有給出,那么我建議先掉大內(nèi)存試試看。 |

| b把generate 面板里的write connectivity前面的對(duì)號(hào)去掉就沒(méi)有 geom=connectivity了,如果有g(shù)eom=connectivity,則文件的末尾必須有好幾行數(shù)字來(lái)說(shuō)明各原子之間的鏈接關(guān)系才行,要么都有,要么都沒(méi)有。 |
