各位前輩，這種情況怎么辦？只能重投？ 已有3人參與

歷時86天，稿件被拒，理由如下： Editor's Comments: We have by now contacted a very large number of potential reviewers for this paper (including some from your suggested list), and *all* of them have declined to review this manuscript. So I have taken a close look at the paper myself, and I feel that the results in this paper, though reasonably sound, are not of interest at all to the general readership of '****'. Basically the results do not hold sufficient interest from the *** point of view, though they may have utility in the engineering context. So this work is better suited to specialized journals (especially of an applied nature). We regret our delay in conveying this decision.
