各位大俠，生平第一次投稿，投稿一周收到郵件如下，平安夜輾轉(zhuǎn)難眠，不知道怎么會有這么多的意見，是不是被拒的節(jié)奏哈？還請各路大俠幫我分析一下啊，圣誕節(jié)修改文章，這些都要補(bǔ)充到文章里面嗎？還是要補(bǔ)一份說明報告就可以呢？謝謝！ > At this stage, we would request you report additional details relating to the in vivo experiments described in your submission, particularly the survival study: > 1. Please specify whether the rats died as a direct result of the experimental procedures, or whether humane endpoints were used during the survival study (i.e., the animals were humanely euthanized when they met certain clinical criteria) > a. If humane endpoints were used, please specify the criteria used to determine when the animals should be humanely euthanized > b. Please specify how frequently the condition of the animals was monitored > 2. Please specify the method of sacrifice used for each experiment > 3. Please provide details of any steps taken to minimize suffering of the rats, including analgesics and anaesthetics, for each experiment > 4.
