這種間歇性出現(xiàn)特殊波峰的原因是：在磁場力的作用下，鋁管加速運動，在鋁管端部材料變形過程中由于間隙較小，速度達(dá)不到臨界值，因此鋼管升溫不高，內(nèi)外管的相對運動不足以滿足產(chǎn)生剪切的條件。而當(dāng)距離逐漸增加，鋁管運動速度逐漸增加，達(dá)到臨界碰撞速度后，高速撞擊使得鋼材料迅速升溫軟化，鋁管的運動便會很容易“卷起”一部分鋼，形成特殊的波峰。波峰不會超過過渡區(qū)范圍的原因是當(dāng)過渡區(qū)形成初期，溫度較高，其強度和硬度均低于母材，被“卷起”的鋼材可以較為容易的在過渡區(qū)內(nèi)運動，但當(dāng)鋼材達(dá)到一定高度后遇到較硬的鋁材，此時鋁材沿著焊接方向移動，帶動波峰也向著焊接方向移動，形成傾斜狀。由于材料在高應(yīng)變速率下的屈服強度極高，因此隨著距離繼續(xù)增加，要克服材料的變形抗力做功越來越大，速度逐漸降低，與變形初期情況類似，只能出現(xiàn)常規(guī)的波紋狀波形。

The reason for this kind of intermittent and particular wave peaks is: under the force of magnetic fields, the aluminum pipe accelerates. During deformation of material at the end of the aluminum pipe and due to the small gap, speed does not reach the critical value. Hence the steel pipe temperature does not rise much and the relative movement of the inner and outer pipe is not sufficient for shear conditions. While the distance increases, the aluminum pipe speed gradually increases and when it reaches the critical collision value, the high speed collision makes the steel material temperature rapidly increase and hence softens. The movement of the aluminum pipe will easily "wrap up" some steel, hence forming special wave peaks. The reason why these wave peaks do not exceed the transitional area range is that at the onset of forming the transitional area, the temperature is high and its strength and hardness are both lower than the mother material and the "wrapped up" steel can easily move inside the transitional area. When the steel material reaches a certain height to meet the harder aluminum, the aluminum will move along the welding direction and carry the wave peaks also move in the same direction, causing a tilting formation. Since the materiel has very high yield strength under high stain rate, as the distance continues to increase, the work needed to overcome the material's resistance to deformation continues to increase. The speed decreases and similar to the onset period, only regular corrugated wave forms occur.
