The rejection reasons exactly as stated in your letter - part of the conditions of submission was not complied with by you and therefore the paper was rejected - you can deal with this immediately and send your paper back as a new paper straightway - if the it is properly submitted then it will be considered for publications in the usual and normal way. 這是編輯的回信，可是我還是不明白問題出在哪了？ |
