UV spectra were taken on a Specord UV VIS spectrophotometer. GLC was carried out on a
LKhM-8MD (model 5) chromatograph with column length 2 m, stationary phase was 15% carbowax-
20 M on chromaton N-AW-GMDS 0.16-0.20 nm, carrier gas was helium, 30 ml/min. At a column
temperature of 130~ the retention time of n-dodecane (internal standard) was 4 min 15 sec
and of (II) I0 min 51 sec. At a column temperature of 200~ the retention time of (I) was
12 min 42 sec and of internal standard was 7 min 20 sec. TLC was carried out on Silufol UV-
254 plates in the system hexane-ether (2:1). Visualization was with ninhydrin after treat-
ment of plates with hydrogen chloride. The Rf of (II) was 0.26 and of ~-isocyanopropionic
acid propyl ester was 0.52. Chromatography on Filtrak P No. 3 (DDR) in the solvent system
tert-butanol--88% formic acid-water (14:3:3) was used for the quantitative determination of
L-alanine. Visualization was with ninhydrin, the Rf of ~-alanine was 0.71. Densitometry
was carried out with the aid of a Vitatron densitometer.

這個貌似是一個物質(zhì)的測定條件。我翻個大概吧，開始的那個柱子型號，你給你們分析的人看看就行了，我們沒必要搞懂。

大致意思是：氣液色譜在如下的柱子（LKhM-8MD (model 5) chromatograph 柱子型號with column length 2 m柱長, stationary phase 固定性組成was 15% carbowax-20 M on chromaton N-AW-GMDS 0.16-0.20 nm, carrier gas was helium載氣是氦氣, 30 ml/min.流速）中實(shí)現(xiàn)。柱溫130度 n-dodecane (internal standard內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)) was 4 min 15 sec 4分15秒and of (II) I0 min 51 sec；柱溫200的時候，I的保留時間是12分42秒，內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是7分20秒

TLC測定方法：紫外254波長，展開劑：正己烷：石油醚=2：1，板子用氯化氫和茚三酮顯色。二的rf值為0.26

isocyanopropionic acid propyl ester（你的物質(zhì)） was 0.52（Rf值）。后面的和前面自己看看，差不多就理解了，吃飯去了。
