TSCAS2-Resubmit after Minor Revision

resubmit了3次，現(xiàn)在是Resubmit after Minor Revision，都要瘋掉了！一下comments Dear XXX: I am writing to inform you that the review process for your paper has been completed. By introducing a pulse generation tuning circuit, the work presents a XXX with enhanced XXX Although the technique behind is not very advanced, it provides an effective solution and solid measurement results. Partially. Comments to the Author ---------------------- Previous comments have only been partially addressed. Explanation is not very clear. It is not clear what is the novelty of the proposed approach and what are advantages/difference with repsect to prior works. Missing Key References: 以上是5為reviewer的意見，前4位基本上沒有什么問題了就是論文english比較爛，最后一位我覺得有點難纏，我已經(jīng)解釋了，但是還是說我沒有novelty！我都懷疑他是否有沒有仔細讀我的文章，介于結(jié)論是“resubmit after minor revision”，我還需要理他嗎？ 關(guān)鍵是他們都說我的english爛，看了我要好好潤色一下了，大家有沒有比較好的有償潤色服務(wù)可以推薦一下？ |

小弟，之前寫過半導(dǎo)體學(xué)報電子學(xué)報什么的英文文章，這次是第一次寫真正意思上的英文論文，很是沒有把握，算是摸著石頭過河吧，和那些大牛沒沒法比啊 ，這個過程真的很漫長而無助，多謝蟲友們的一些幫助，現(xiàn)在我冒昧的把這次投稿經(jīng)歷寫出來，希望能幫助后面的蟲友們，貽笑大方了哈。審稿進度很慢，去年10月份投的初稿，要3個月后給第一次結(jié)果，是“Reject with encouragement for resubmission (Major revision)”，一共3位評審人，給的意見很中肯。 按要求改了11月份上傳，這次還是“Reject with encouragement for resubmission (Major revision)”，而且審稿專家變成5位了，很明顯是另一波人，沒有太多技術(shù)意見，有些感覺不是很懂整個領(lǐng)域，只有一位專家的問題很刁鉆，說我的沒有創(chuàng)新性。 沒辦法，再改，并且針對性回答專家意見；再投，1個月后，結(jié)果是“Resubmit after Minor Revision for Review”，還是上一次的5位專家，基本上已經(jīng)沒有技術(shù)意見，那位專家依然偏執(zhí)的認(rèn)為我沒有創(chuàng)新性，同時編輯說我英文爛，要求3周內(nèi)給最終稿，否則不再受理，所以很著急的修改之，并在回復(fù)中謙虛而有針對性的回答了問題。 之后，又是漫長的等等，1個月后沒消息，給特指編輯發(fā)信，沒用，只好給其他人員發(fā)，一位可能是審稿人說已經(jīng)將意見提交，一位說很快會給意見，但是過了至少3天才在網(wǎng)址上給了“Accept as is”，還沒給回復(fù)信，還要等。 |
