IET論文被拒了，該如何是好

|
本來(lái)知道自己論文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)不大夠，審稿兩個(gè)月還是被拒了，心理還是有一定準(zhǔn)備吧，主編建議重投，到底還是重投還是投其它的水刊呢，順帶求電力電子和材料加工（焊接）的方向易中的SCI(影響因子小于1都行） Thank you for submitting your paper to IET ---. Reviewer: 1 Comments to the Author This work is mainly about the digital implementation of the control of an inverter. In my opinion it does not provide any valuable information about the digital implementation itself, e.g. the discrete-time model of the plant or the stability analysis of the closed-loop system. The authors only provide general information and do not go into the details of any aspect. In order to better appreciate the contribution of your work I would recommend to focus the attention of your paper into a particular aspect of the implementation and go into the very details of it providing valuable information to the reader. Reviewer: 2 Comments to the Author This paper does not include an advance in power electronics, but show a good engineering example. For publication, this paper should be revised. First, it is better to find some alternative terms of former and latter inverters. In the paper, the former inverter and the high frequency transformer part is a typical phase-shifted full bridge converter. You may use some other words, for example, pre- or post processing stages. Second, the design procedure should be more detailed. Third, the use of the certain microprocessor may be omitted. Fourth, although the authors have claimed 'digital control', I don't see any significant advance or important content for 'digital control'. Please add more analysis based on digital control theory in power electronics. Otherwise, it is better not to emphasize 'digital'. Fifth, the English language should be improved. Reviewer: 3 Comments to the Author 1.The authors claim improvements in quality of output current and higher efficiency – could you please validate them with respect to the conventional approach, at least by using simulations? 2. Could you please provide results for transient conditions in simulations and experimentally? 3. Could you please state it very clearly what is novelty of the paper? 4. rejected & resubmit實(shí)際上就是大修的一種，我自己投稿時(shí)碰到過(guò)這樣的經(jīng)歷，后來(lái)當(dāng)審稿人的時(shí)候也碰到這樣的經(jīng)歷。修改稿提交后十有八九還是第一輪的審稿人，有時(shí)候會(huì)再加一個(gè)。只要好好修改，滿(mǎn)足了審稿人的要求，就很有希望了。當(dāng)然要確定文章的status有沒(méi)有加一個(gè)resubmit，如果沒(méi)有，建議改投；有的話(huà)，樓主時(shí)間又寬裕的話(huà)，可以重投，很有希望。真心祝福。。。 |

| 關(guān)鍵是創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)的問(wèn)題，要突出創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，并讓審稿人認(rèn)可。再就是其理論基礎(chǔ)和具體實(shí)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題沒(méi)有論述清楚。如果理論基礎(chǔ)能夠?qū)懬宄托薷闹赝�。如果自己感覺(jué)駕馭不了“數(shù)字控制”的理論本質(zhì)，還是改投工程應(yīng)用類(lèi)雜志吧（類(lèi)似IEEE的Magazine，對(duì)創(chuàng)新要求不高，對(duì)理論要求也不高，但工程應(yīng)用要求論述全面） |

恩 其實(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)室都不搞這些理論基礎(chǔ)的 連導(dǎo)師自己都清楚這一弱項(xiàng) 雖然Reject & Resubmit ，網(wǎng)上說(shuō)是“大修中的大修”，說(shuō)明還是有一定希望 但說(shuō)實(shí)話(huà)心理沒(méi)底 得咨詢(xún)導(dǎo)師的打算了……個(gè)人覺(jué)得符合自己的研究實(shí)際，投工程應(yīng)用類(lèi)的……話(huà)說(shuō)IEEE的magazine會(huì)不會(huì)也挺難的 ，還有類(lèi)似的工程應(yīng)用類(lèi)有哪些相對(duì)好中的……感謝你的回答啊 |
