編輯讓轉(zhuǎn)投Hindawi下面的Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering 已有4人參與

本來投稿了Hindawi的“Journal of Sensors”過了快一個月編輯回復 out of scope，讓我改投“Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering”。 Journal of Sensors是SCI，可是“Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering”好像什么都不是，不知道該不該改投，求建議。 另外附上郵件，大家?guī)兔纯丛撛趺椿貜�。金幣不多，只能意思一下，謝謝各位啦！ Dear Dr. XX, Regarding manuscript XXX titled "XXX."
