編輯讓轉(zhuǎn)投Hindawi下面的Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering 已有4人參與

本來投稿了Hindawi的“Journal of Sensors”過了快一個月編輯回復(fù) out of scope，讓我改投“Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering”。 Journal of Sensors是SCI，可是“Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering”好像什么都不是，不知道該不該改投，求建議。 另外附上郵件，大家?guī)兔纯丛撛趺椿貜?fù)。金幣不多，只能意思一下，謝謝各位啦！ Dear Dr. XX, Regarding manuscript XXX titled "XXX."
