隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，大量的市場主體進入市場、參加市場活動。其經(jīng)濟活動要進行會計核算、會計監(jiān)督等方面的管理。而很多市場經(jīng)濟主體自身不具備這樣的能力，需要尋求外部的、規(guī)范化的服務(wù)的會計機構(gòu)。在這種背景下，很多類似會計師事務(wù)所的相關(guān)機構(gòu)大量進入市場，為市場經(jīng)濟的運行提供會計服務(wù)，并且服務(wù)范圍不斷擴大。但是，不同會計師事務(wù)所的規(guī)模、發(fā)展目標(biāo)、市場定位以及專業(yè)能力都有所不同。這要求會計師事務(wù)所要制定適合自身發(fā)展的切實可行的經(jīng)營管理模式。同時尋找管理上的不足。通過轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營管理思維，創(chuàng)造新的管理理念，突破舊的管理模式，使之在行業(yè)中保持持久的競爭力。 本文針對諗達會計師事務(wù)所管理中存在的問題進行深入的調(diào)查，在查找其原因的基礎(chǔ)上提出諸如完善薪酬績效考評制度、合理用人機制，吸引留住優(yōu)秀人才等解決對策。譯文如下： With the development of market economy in China, a large number of market players to enter the market and participate in marketing activities.
