隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，大量的市場(chǎng)主體進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)、參加市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)。其經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)要進(jìn)行會(huì)計(jì)核算、會(huì)計(jì)監(jiān)督等方面的管理。而很多市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)主體自身不具備這樣的能力，需要尋求外部的、規(guī)范化的服務(wù)的會(huì)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)。在這種背景下，很多類似會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所的相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)大量進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)，為市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行提供會(huì)計(jì)服務(wù)，并且服務(wù)范圍不斷擴(kuò)大。但是，不同會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所的規(guī)模、發(fā)展目標(biāo)、市場(chǎng)定位以及專業(yè)能力都有所不同。這要求會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所要制定適合自身發(fā)展的切實(shí)可行的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式。同時(shí)尋找管理上的不足。通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營(yíng)管理思維，創(chuàng)造新的管理理念，突破舊的管理模式，使之在行業(yè)中保持持久的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文針對(duì)諗達(dá)會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所管理中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入的調(diào)查，在查找其原因的基礎(chǔ)上提出諸如完善薪酬績(jī)效考評(píng)制度、合理用人機(jī)制，吸引留住優(yōu)秀人才等解決對(duì)策。譯文如下： With the development of market economy in China, a large number of market players to enter the market and participate in marketing activities.
