本文主要介紹了3-溴丁酸甲酯的合成工藝。3-溴丁酸甲酯作為重要的醫(yī)藥中間體，市場需求越來越大，國內(nèi)外對3-溴丁酸合成工藝的研究也越來越多。我們從多條合成工藝中選擇成本最低的一條的合成工藝來實現(xiàn)3-溴丁酸甲酯的工業(yè)化。首先以價格便宜的巴豆酸為原料，在70-80 ℃之間合成巴豆酸甲酯，在巴豆酸甲酯合成過程中嘗試了不同催化劑對對巴豆酸甲酯的合成收率的影響，得出濃硫酸的催化效果最好，巴豆酸甲酯的收率可達(dá)到95%。由第一步合成的巴豆酸甲酯乙酸做溶劑與溴化氫加成合成3-溴丁酸甲酯，探究不同反應(yīng)條件下3-溴丁酸甲酯的收率，得出當(dāng)實驗溫度為10℃，物料比（溴化氫：巴豆酸甲酯）為1.8:1的條件下3-溴丁酸甲酯的收率最高，可達(dá)90%。 關(guān)鍵詞：巴豆酸 巴豆酸甲酯 3-溴丁酸甲酯 |
