| 3-羥基-2-萘甲酰胺屬色酚AS系列產(chǎn)品的一種。3-羥基-N-2-萘甲酰胺主要的官能團(tuán)為酰胺鍵,已知的合成酰胺鍵的方法有很多,該化合物以2,3-酸和N-(3-氨丙基)-嗎啉為原料,二甲苯為溶劑,三氯化磷為催化劑的條件下,采用酸式法和鈉鹽法兩種方法合成的。本論文主要研究了反應(yīng)時(shí)間與產(chǎn)率之間的關(guān)系,并且對(duì)兩種方法做了相應(yīng)的比較,目的在于確定反應(yīng)的最佳時(shí)間,優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝,提高反應(yīng)的產(chǎn)率,為實(shí)現(xiàn)批量化生產(chǎn)奠定基礎(chǔ)。 |

On the condition of using 2,3-acid and N-(3- aminopropyl groups)- morpholine as materials, xylene as solvents and phosphorus trichloride as catalysts, this compound is synthetized by adopting acid method and sodium salt method. This paper primarily studies the relation between reaction time and yield, and also makes a relevant comparison between the two methods, whose aim is to determine the best reaction time, optimize the production technology, improve yield of reaction and lay a foundation of achieving mass production. |
