| 3-羥基-2-萘甲酰胺屬色酚AS系列產品的一種。3-羥基-N-2-萘甲酰胺主要的官能團為酰胺鍵，已知的合成酰胺鍵的方法有很多，該化合物以2,3-酸和N-（3-氨丙基）-嗎啉為原料，二甲苯為溶劑，三氯化磷為催化劑的條件下，采用酸式法和鈉鹽法兩種方法合成的。本論文主要研究了反應時間與產率之間的關系，并且對兩種方法做了相應的比較，目的在于確定反應的最佳時間，優(yōu)化生產工藝，提高反應的產率，為實現(xiàn)批量化生產奠定基礎。 |

There are many ways to produce synthetic amide linkage. This compound is synthetized through the acid method and the sodium salt method by taking 2,3-acid and N-(3- aminopropyl groups)- morpholine as raw materials. And in the process, the xylene is used as solvents and the phosphorus trichloride is used as catalysts. This paper primarily studies the relationship between reaction time and related productivity. A comparison between the two methods has also been conducted in the paper, whose aim is to choose the best reaction time, optimize the production technology, improve productivity and lay a foundation for mass production. |
