| 3-羥基-2-萘甲酰胺屬色酚AS系列產品的一種。3-羥基-N-2-萘甲酰胺主要的官能團為酰胺鍵,已知的合成酰胺鍵的方法有很多,該化合物以2,3-酸和N-(3-氨丙基)-嗎啉為原料,二甲苯為溶劑,三氯化磷為催化劑的條件下,采用酸式法和鈉鹽法兩種方法合成的。本論文主要研究了反應時間與產率之間的關系,并且對兩種方法做了相應的比較,目的在于確定反應的最佳時間,優(yōu)化生產工藝,提高反應的產率,為實現(xiàn)批量化生產奠定基礎。 |
