投稿狀態(tài)是拒稿，但編輯部給了個 Major Revision，這是什么情況，請大家給個意見啊 已有8人參與

在Vacuum期刊上 投稿半個月后 就給了審稿意見，狀態(tài) 拒收 Reviewer Decision: 大修 這是什么狀況，按要求修改能接受么 I regret to inform you that the reviewers of your manuscript have advised against publication, and I must therefore reject it.
