1.Calibration Curves: a) The concentration values of the calibration solutions, or alternatively, the calibration scedasticity must be reported. b) It doesn't seem that replicates of the calibration solutions have been produced and injected. In fact, table 3 does not report the measurement error, which is usually calculated by the standard deviation of the calibration curve. This point is particularly important because the analysis of trace measurement error may be greater than the measure itself.對這條兩條意見不明白，請高人指點！ 2.The authors reported that the intra-day and inter-day precisions were 7.39 and 9.77 % respectively. What are the respectively SD? Specify the abbreviation of RSD... 審稿人想表達的確切意見是？ 3.如果發(fā)現(xiàn)的審稿人的意見明顯是錯誤的，怎么回復(fù)��？最好有英文模板   |

This point is particularly important because the analysis of trace measurement error may be greater than the measure itself.對這條兩條意見不明白，請高人指點！ 第一點是說你應(yīng)該報道所有定標(biāo)液的濃度值，或者它們的統(tǒng)計分布（即平均值和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差）。 第二點是審稿人猜測你實際上只用了一個樣品，因為表3中沒有報道測量誤差（即標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差）。 我的建議，如果你只測了一個樣品，要么繼續(xù)補樣品，要么回答審稿人你只測了一個以及為什么認(rèn)為一個就足夠了。如果你測了多個樣品，那么也告訴審稿人你測了多個，但沒有報道定標(biāo)液濃度的統(tǒng)計分布以及結(jié)果的誤差。 2.The authors reported that the intra-day and inter-day precisions were 7.39 and 9.77 % respectively. Specify the abbreviation of RSD... 審稿人想表達的確切意見是讓你除了報道兩種情況的precision之外還要報道它們的SD（我猜是standard deviation?）。另外，請告訴讀者RSD代表什么（我估計是Relative standard deviation）�！咀ⅰ浚何业睦斫馐牵耗銏蟮赖膒recision其實就是RSD，是個百分比（相對值），但審稿人想知道絕對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差是多少。 3.如果發(fā)現(xiàn)的審稿人的意見明顯是錯誤的，怎么回復(fù)��？最好有英文模板 反駁就是了。例如：We thank the Referee for pointing out this, but we do not agree with her/him regarding this point. ... (Then you can "teach" the Referee something here.) |
