在定向退火過程中，柱狀晶的定向生長是柱狀晶前端晶界不斷向初始晶粒遷移的過程。晶粒長大成柱狀晶后，柱狀晶彼此接觸使柱狀晶之間的晶界變成平直晶界而停止了運(yùn)動(dòng)。 【翻譯】：The directional growth of columnar crystal is a process of columnar grain boundary migration to the initial grain front during directional annealing. After the grains grew into columnar crystals, the columnar crystals in contact with each other so that the grain boundaries between the columnar crystals become straight and stop motion. |

During directional annealing,the process of columnar crystal directional growth is a grain boundary migration to the initial grain front .After growing into columnar crystal,grain boundaries between the columnar crystals contacted with each other ,the grain boundaries become straight ,and the columnar crystals stoped migrating. 具體的詞匯再核對(duì)一下！ |
