3. Unsatisfactory impact test specimens (excluding pipes) 3.1 Individual tests If the average value of 3 impact test specimens fails to satisfy the requirements or if a single value is less than 70 % of the stipulated average value, 3 substitute specimens shall be taken from the same test section and tested. The average value of the 6 individual tests shall then meet the requirements. However, of the 6 individual values only 2 may be below the required average value, of which only one individual value may be less than 70 % of the prescribed average value, failing which the sample in question shall be rejected. 3.2 Testing by heats or batches If the average value of 3 impact test specimens fails to satisfy the requirements or if a single value is less than 70 % of the stipulated average value, then the procedure described in 3.1 shall be applied initially. If the retest also produces an unsatisfactory result, the sample tested shall be rejected and two further samples, of the same or the next smaller thickness, from the same unit test quantity shall be tested. If, again, one of the samples fails to satisfy the requirements, then the entire unit test quantity shall be rejected. With the consent of the Surveyor, the remaining sample quantities in the unit test quantity may, however, be subjected to testing piece by piece. |

3. 不合格沖擊試件（管件除外） 3.1 單件試驗(yàn) 如果三個(gè)沖擊試件的平均值未能符合規(guī)定要求或單個(gè)數(shù)值小于規(guī)定平均值的70 %,應(yīng)從同一測(cè)試區(qū)取出三個(gè)替代試件并測(cè)試。６個(gè)單件試驗(yàn)的平均值則應(yīng)符合規(guī)定要求。然而,６個(gè)單件測(cè)量值中可以只有２個(gè)低于要求的平均值,其中可以只有一個(gè)單件測(cè)量值小于規(guī)定平均值的70 %,否則，所述的樣品應(yīng)為不合格品。 3.2 分組或分批測(cè)試 如果三個(gè)沖擊試件的平均值未能符合規(guī)定要求或單個(gè)數(shù)值小于規(guī)定平均值的70 %, 則最初應(yīng)應(yīng)用3.1項(xiàng)下所述方法。 如果復(fù)試也出現(xiàn)不合格測(cè)定結(jié)果,該測(cè)試樣品應(yīng)為不合格品，應(yīng)測(cè)試取自同一單元測(cè)試總量的另外兩個(gè)同樣厚度或其次較小厚度樣品。 如果這次還有一個(gè)樣品未能符合規(guī)定要求,則該全部的單元測(cè)試總量應(yīng)為不合格品。經(jīng)檢查員同意,該單元測(cè)試總量中剩余樣品可以接受逐件測(cè)試 |

3 不符合要求的沖擊試驗(yàn)樣品（包括管道） 3.1單個(gè)試驗(yàn) 如果3個(gè)沖擊試驗(yàn)樣品的平均值不滿足要求或者單個(gè)試樣的試驗(yàn)值低于規(guī)定平均值的70%，那么將會(huì)重新再?gòu)南嗤瑴y(cè)試區(qū)取出3個(gè)替代樣進(jìn)行測(cè)試。這6個(gè)樣品的試驗(yàn)平均值如果滿足要求則合格，但是，如果其中有2個(gè)樣品試驗(yàn)值低于要求值，或者有任意一個(gè)值低于規(guī)定值的70%，那么這批樣品可能被認(rèn)定為不合格。 3.2加熱或批量試驗(yàn) 符合3.1當(dāng)中的樣品（如果3個(gè)沖擊試驗(yàn)樣品的平均值不滿足要求或者單個(gè)試樣的試驗(yàn)值低于規(guī)定平均值的70%）將會(huì)被先進(jìn)行測(cè)試。 如果復(fù)檢結(jié)果還是不符合要求，那么被測(cè)試的樣品將被認(rèn)定為不合格。那么另外從相同測(cè)試單元中而來(lái)的具有相同或者相似厚度的兩個(gè)樣品將會(huì)繼續(xù)被進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。 如果這些樣品中有任意一個(gè)再次不符合規(guī)格，那么整個(gè)試驗(yàn)單元的樣品將會(huì)被認(rèn)為不合格。在測(cè)試員允許的情況下，剩余的樣品可能進(jìn)行單元質(zhì)量試驗(yàn)，但必須是單個(gè)樣品逐個(gè)測(cè)試。  |
