投稿系統(tǒng)decision letter已經(jīng)出來了，但是郵箱里面沒收到啊

| 第一篇SCI，等了四十天吧，一審結(jié)果Reject (revise and resubmit) ，系統(tǒng)里面有decision letter 但是郵箱里面并沒有收到啊，是怎么回事啊，看不到這個(gè) review comments，要直接聯(lián)系編輯嗎 |
