求教:有效數(shù)字和小數(shù)位數(shù)的問題 已有3人參與

如題,近日文章來修改意見,如下: 7)Many results are reported with unreasonably large number of significant figures. This should be revised throughout the whole manuscript. Just as an example, in page 16, a recovery is reported as 93.15±2.41 %. This should be reported instead as 93±2 %, which is the correctly conservative way of reporting figures. Many more examples appear here and there, especially in Table 4. 8)Table 5, again too many significant figures for LOD and LOQ. Since these two parameters are computed as a function of uncertainties (see the corresponding equations), they should be reported with 1 or at most 2 significant figures, because the noise cannot be estimated with more than 2 figures, and this is the limiting factor in the number of significant figures of the LOD and LOQ. 9)And I guess 5 significant figures is too much for some of these SEN figures. significant figures是有效數(shù)字的意思嗎??我當(dāng)時(shí)所有的數(shù)據(jù)都是保留小數(shù)點(diǎn)后面兩位,比如SEN=583.25,就是五位有效數(shù)字,再如SEN=3653.25,六位有效數(shù)字,太多??保留兩位有效數(shù)字,用科學(xué)計(jì)數(shù)法嗎? 另外,LOD=0.001,保留兩位有效數(shù)字要寫成LOD=0.00010,這么多小數(shù)位數(shù)??猶如,LOQ=15.6,保留兩位有效數(shù)字寫成LOD=16??這么粗糙??? 暈了,到底是按小數(shù)位數(shù)算好,還是按有效數(shù)字算好呢?? 求指教。 謝謝。! |

| 專業(yè)內(nèi)的內(nèi)容不懂,但是理解審稿人的意思,他/她認(rèn)為你給出的數(shù)字超出了可能的精確程度。舉個(gè)例子,一個(gè)教師用百分制的一份考題測(cè)試一班學(xué)生,每個(gè)學(xué)生的得分最多可以精確到0.1分,如果教師給一個(gè)學(xué)生打的分?jǐn)?shù)是98.23,那么就超出可能的精確程度了。 |

| 我的理解和1樓是比較接近的。1)審稿人已經(jīng)明確了他的意見,就是你的有效數(shù)字位數(shù)過多了。2)但是不同雜志對(duì)于有效數(shù)字要求不同,而且不同參數(shù)也不一樣;比如回收率93±2 %,這種SD一般是對(duì)應(yīng)的小數(shù)位數(shù)而非有效數(shù)字。3)你修改你文章的時(shí)候注意有些數(shù)字取舍不都是四舍六入,像RSD之類的是只進(jìn)不舍的,這些都要注意。 |
