The benefits on the reduction in the slag penetration index scaled with the MgO grain size (Figure 3). In fact, the result attained for AM100 sample under constraint was close to the one obtained by AM45, which has much lower PLC, with no physical barrier. Figure 4 shows the samples’ cross-sections (AM13, AM45 and AM100) after the cup-tests, which were conducted in an expansion free condition or under constrain. For AM100 composition it is remarkable the infiltration visual difference for both conditions, pointing out a positive effect of inhibiting the expansion and, thus, reducing pores and available room for slag penetration. Table 2 also shows the volume of pores (based on SEM images). A considerable reduction in their pore level was attained for those samples with higher expansion degree (AM45 and AM100), when they were fired under constraint. Such results confirm the densification effect imposed by the alumina- CAC castable physical barrier. |

| 圖3 -在一個自由膨脹環(huán)境或約束條件下燃燒后，具有不同膨脹水平(AM13，AM45和AM100)的澆注料的熔渣滲透指數(shù)。熔渣滲透指數(shù)減少的好處是隨氧化鎂粒徑(圖3)而減少。事實(shí)上，獲得的AM100樣品在約束下的結(jié)果與由AM45得到的（結(jié)果）接近，在沒有物理屏障時PLC要低得多。圖4顯示了杯試驗(yàn)后樣品的橫截面圖(AM13 AM45和AM100)，在一個自由膨脹環(huán)境或約束下進(jìn)行的。對AM100的組成，值得注意的是兩種條件下的滲透的視覺差異，指出來抑制膨脹的正影響，因此，減少氣孔和可用熔渣滲透的空間。表2也顯示孔體積 (基于SEM圖像)。當(dāng)他們在約束下燃燒時，相當(dāng)大的減少那些樣品的孔隙水平并達(dá)到了較高的膨脹程度(AM45和AM100)。這樣的結(jié)果證實(shí)了施加氧化鋁- CAC澆注料物理屏障的致密化效果。 |
