|
Induction furnace test revealed that the magnesia chromite brick samples had no obvious corrosion in the slag zone. However, there was heavy erosion within the steel bath, mainly caused by the vigorous induction stirring (as shown in Fig.5). Periodical analysis of the slag chemistry showed that as the test progressing, the FeO level dropped from about 70% to less than 60%, which suggests that slag enriched with FeO might have been dragged by the induction stirring and reacted with magnesia chromite samples. Although sample no.2 had slightly higher HMOR strength than other two products, the sample exhibited significantly more localised erosion during induction furnace tests |

感應(yīng)爐測試表明鉻鐵礦塊樣本中的氧化鎂在爐渣區(qū)沒有明顯被腐蝕。但在（鋼爐）里面有比較嚴(yán)重的腐蝕，這主要是由強勁的感應(yīng)攪拌（如圖5所示）引起的。爐渣化學(xué)物的周期分析表明：隨著測試的推進(jìn)，F(xiàn)eO的含量從大約70%下降到不到60%。這說明富含F(xiàn)eO的爐渣或許是因感應(yīng)攪拌（而大量減少）并且和鐵礦塊樣本中的氧化鎂反應(yīng)。雖然2號樣本顯示出比其他兩個產(chǎn)品稍高的HMOR強度，但它在感應(yīng)爐測試期間也顯示出更嚴(yán)重、更多的局部腐蝕。 注：（）里是我不太確定的翻譯，因為專業(yè)的差異 |
