| 原料煤的干燥是褐煤資源高效綜合利用中的第一個(gè)也是最關(guān)鍵的科學(xué)問(wèn)題之一。實(shí)驗(yàn)初步研究和探討了干燥時(shí)間、干燥溫度、干燥方式等因素對(duì)原料煤性質(zhì)，特別是粗褐煤蠟和腐植酸產(chǎn)率的影響，以期為褐煤高效綜合利用新途徑的有效實(shí)施提供理論支持。結(jié)果表明，原料煤的干燥需要在適宜的溫度下和時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn)行，水分不是越低越好，否則不僅浪費(fèi)能源和時(shí)間，還會(huì)影響主要產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)率及品質(zhì)。同時(shí)，原煤在開(kāi)采后允許進(jìn)行一定時(shí)間的堆放。建議在褐煤高效綜合利用中，原料煤的干燥最好在100-150℃之間進(jìn)行，水分控制在10-20%之間，時(shí)間約需30-60 min。 |

| Drying of raw coals is the first and most critical scientific problem for efficient utilization of lignite resources. Preliminary experiments were carried out to explore the effects of drying time, temperature, method, and other factors on the properties of coarse raw coals, especially the yields of lignite wax humic acid, in order to provide theoretical support for the efficient implementation of the new approaches to the comprehensive utilization of lignite. The results showed that drying of raw coals needed to be performed at a suitable temperature, for an appropriate time. In addition, it was not the lower the better for moisture. Otherwise it would be not only a waste of energy and time, but also affect the yield and quality of the main products. Furthermore, raw coals after mining required certain period of time for stacking. (In conclusion,) for efficient utilization of lignite, it is recommended that the drying of raw coals are carried out at temperature of 100-150 ℃ for about 30-60 min, with 10-20% moisture. |
