請(qǐng)大家?guī)兔Ψ治鲞@個(gè)審稿意見(jiàn)怎么回答呢?做過(guò)水樣基質(zhì)影響的一定進(jìn)來(lái)幫忙!

1) Reviewer 1 placed some interesting questions regarding the filtration/spiking of the samples and the matrix effect. If I agree with the authors regarding to the filtration, that is a standard procedure. Independently of the PAHs adsortion to particulate matter, normally what is measured is the soluble phase. Another type of methodology should be employed considering particulate matter or other phase, what is not the focus of the present manuscript. However, Reviewer 1 has a point regarding matrix effect. It is very typical in new methodologies to show that there is no significant difference between an external calibration or a standard addition method. In other cases, and very usual for PAHs analysis, internal standards may also be employed to overcome this matrix effects. But this is not theory that is checked against the literature but actually measured. When the authors present a method for water analysis, it includes all type of water samples even wastewater, correct? Wastewater can be a very complex matrix. 審稿人1覺(jué)得水樣分析之前不要過(guò)濾,因?yàn)檫^(guò)濾會(huì)濾去顆粒物,而水中污染物的分析不僅包含溶于水的,還應(yīng)包含顆粒物吸附的。但是文獻(xiàn)基本都過(guò)濾了,這應(yīng)該是一個(gè)常規(guī)程序吧?所以審稿人2是這么認(rèn)為的。但是他們都認(rèn)為要考慮基質(zhì)的影響,可是我見(jiàn)過(guò)的水樣分析的基本不做基質(zhì)影響。∥倚薷牡臅r(shí)候,是純水和實(shí)際水樣各自處理了進(jìn)樣,比較峰面積,大小在20%以?xún)?nèi)表示基質(zhì)不受影響。有沒(méi)有具體做過(guò)水樣基質(zhì)影響的。课也淮_定我做的對(duì)不對(duì)。請(qǐng)大俠們幫忙!十分感謝!
